Management at Amazon’s RDU1 Fulfillment Center has just announced a new phone policy. All workers will have to register their phones with the company by October 20, 2025, or else surrender them before entering the building. This is a blatant violation of our right to privacy, dignity, and trust by a company that already keeps us under 24/7 surveillance. If you are an RDU1 worker, please consider signing the CAUSE petition calling on management to rescind the phone policy immediately.

What Do The People of C.A.U.S.E. Want?
Higher Income

Amazon is one of the wealthiest corporations in the world. The hardworking associates who produced this wealth deserve a livable wage that meets today’s increased cost of living.
Satisfactory Labor Conditions

Amazon associates work long grueling hours at hazardous speeds with very few breaks and no resources to address our resulting physical and mental health needs. Our well-being matters to us and it should matter to Amazon, too.
A Way Forward

We are working to build a promising future for Amazonians and their communities through engagement, education, and empowerment.
