We Are C.A.U.S.E.

C.A.U.S.E. is a worker-led movement defending workers’ rights & organizing to battle the corruption and exploitation by Amazon. We seek to form a union to represent all Amazon’s workers, starting here in North Carolina.

C.A.U.S.E. was formed in January of 2022 by a coalition of present and former Amazon employees.

Meet some of the organizers of C.A.U.S.E. — recently featured in a More Perfect Union video.

What Do The People of C.A.U.S.E. Want?

Regardless of race, gender, or political affiliation, C.A.U.S.E. aims to win:

Higher Income

Amazon is one of the wealthiest corporations in the world. The hardworking associates who produced this wealth deserve a livable wage that meets today’s increased cost of living.

Satisfactory Labor Conditions

Amazon associates work long grueling hours at hazardous speeds with very few breaks and no resources to address our resulting physical and mental health needs. Our well-being matters to us and it should matter to Amazon, too.

A Way Forward

We are working to build a promising future for Amazonians and their communities through engagement, education, and empowerment.
